Product Library — Onboarding & Learning
The guided tour and the keys: the owner walked through their own system, live, until they can run it.
What it is
The walkthrough and handoff is the closing ritual of a Logix build: a guided session through the client's own finished system — their workspace, their agents, their dashboards — with the keys formally handed over: access, documentation, and the knowledge of what to do on day one.
What it does
No 'here's your login, good luck.' The owner sees their system do its work — a lead arriving, an agent answering, the board reporting — asks the hundred small questions, and leaves with the training library queued for their team and a named route for help.
How it fits the Logix system
Handoff is the bridge between the build products and the operating products — the moment the system becomes the client's, in fact and in confidence. In Logix, a build isn't done when it's built; it's done when the owner can run it.
The standard closing step of every Logix build.
Walkthrough & Handoff — The Keys, Properly Given
A system delivered as a login email isn't delivered. The Logix handoff is a guided walkthrough of the client's own finished system — lead arriving, agent answering, board reporting — ending with access, documentation, and confidence. This film covers the ritual.

Every product in this library runs on one standard. A pilot is still the way in.
