Product Library — The Flagship
Everything the business knows — owned, versioned, and permissioned. The base every Logix agent, page, and answer stands on.
What it is
The Knowledge Vault is the business's own library: its facts, prices it approves for internal use, processes, people, documents, and answers — collected once, kept current, and owned outright by the business. It is deliberately uncatalogued: the Vault isn't one product among many, it is the ground the other sixty-six stand on.
What it does
Every trained agent in the Logix system answers from the Vault and only from the Vault — with citations, never inventions. Pages, proposals, scripts, and follow-ups draw from the same source, so the business says one true thing everywhere. When a fact changes, it changes in the Vault and every surface downstream updates with it.
How it fits the Logix system
The Vault is layer one of the Logix framework. The numbering system gives every business its place; the Vault gives it its memory. Agents, the content engine, hubs, and dashboards are all readers of the Vault — which is why Logix can promise consistency instead of hoping for it.
The foundation of every Logix build — stood up first, before agents or pages.
The Knowledge Vault — The Memory of the Business
Every AI answer is only as good as what it was taught. The Knowledge Vault is where a Logix business keeps what it knows — owned, versioned, permissioned — so its agents, pages, and people all speak from one true source. This film explains what the Vault holds, how agents answer from it with citations, and why it is built first in every Logix system.

Every product in this library runs on one standard. A pilot is still the way in.
